I am a DEIJ educator, coach and consultant. Tend and Sage is the beautiful fusion of passion, profession, experience and education. I got into energy work several years ago and after completing my Master-level training here in Atlanta, GA, I am so excited to meet you and support you on your journey of wellness, love, and joy!

I was born in the Mississippi Delta and, while I did not know him then, my husband also has roots there as well. I grew up in Memphis, TN. Yes, before you ask, I love BBQ, Graceland is cool, and the blues are alright!
